No. A place is in the app because Ali ate there and filmed it. Brand partners, sponsored banners and featured restaurants are sold separately, always labelled, and never change a score or verdict.
Yes. Every reel is Ali's own, and nothing publishes until he has confirmed the place, the score and the verdict. AI only helps transcribe and file.
Only while you are looking at the map. Near me uses your position to show what is around you. If you say no, it shows the city centre instead.
No. Shoonkria works in any city, from Karachi and Islamabad to London, Istanbul, New York and Dubai. Ali's filmed reviews run deepest in Lahore, and the map grows as he travels.
It is Ali's rating out of 10 for that visit, with a one-line verdict. Dish scores come from his captions when he rates a particular dish.
